XV Package

Our all-inclusive Quinceanera package includes:

  • 2-hr. practice (ensayo) – to be scheduled

  • 8 hr facility rental (Hall & Patio)

  • 4pm to Midnight

    • 1 hour for garden ceremony & pictures
    • 7 hours for Dinner & Reception
  • Quince ceremony in our beautiful garden/pavilion

  • Round tables (seats 10 guests each)

  • Banquet chairs

  • Table linens with colored overlays

  • Chair covers with colored sashes

  • Decorated head table with Quince chair

  • Decorated cake table and guest book table

  • Silk floral centerpieces on each guest table

  • 2 Floral cascades

  • Table set up for gifts

  • Separate Men’s and Women’s dressing rooms

  • Trained Bartenders (1 bartender per 100 people)

$55.00 per table (10 chairs per table) will be charge for set up over 350 guests.

Specials

  • Quinces booked on a Saturday in January, July & August will be deducted by $800.00

To reserve a date

A $1,500 non-refundable payment (to be made in two payments) is required to reserve a date. First payment will be $850 and the second payment in the amount of $650 will be due 30 days later. Remaining payments will be scheduled according to a payment plan. Final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to the event. All payments may be paid by cash, money order, or by credit card.

An additional $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of the event. Damage deposits are not applied towards the rental of the facility. The damage deposit will be refunded provided all terms of the rental agreement have been met.

Beverage service

Estrella Vista Reception Center offers the option to bring in outside alcohol and catering. All alcoholic beverages will be served through trained EVRC bartender(s). No alcohol will be served to persons under the age of 21. Beverages of any kind will not be allowed in the parking lot at any time.

Management of Estrella Vista Reception Center is committed to adhere to all liquor laws.
