Corporate Events

EVRC's dedicated and friendly event planners can arrange for any type of event to fit your specific needs.  The outdoor amenities provides a perfect setting for outdoor activities complete with scenic views.  Conveniently close to numerous first-class hotels, shopping, golf courses, retail businesses and entertainment venues such as the Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Jobing.com Arena, Phoenix International Raceway, Westgate, and the baseball spring training facility in Goodyear.  Just off I-10 and Dysart Road, a 20 minute drive from Sky Harbor International Airport and downtown Phoenix.

 Estrella Vista Reception Center is available for corporate events during regular business days as follows:  8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays. 

EVRC offers:
  • A private free-standing facility - away from noisy hotel lobbys and adjacent meeting rooms
  • 5,500 sq. ft. of indoor flexible function space for meetings, trainings, seminars, and banquets that can accommodate up to 400 guests

2009 Corporate Event Pricing

Pricing includes room set up , tables, chairs, linens, podium, and clean up.  Estrella Vista Reception Center provides two types of tables for corporate events: 60 inch rounds or 8' seminar (96" x 18") tables. 
 
Gathering of 30 people or less
4 hrs. or less - $250 + tax
Full day - $500 + tax

Gathering of 31 - 200 people
4 hrs. or less - $500 + tax
Full day - $750 + tax

Gathering of 201 or more people
4 hrs or less - $850 + tax
Full day - $1,400 + tax

A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement are required to reserve a date.  An additional $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required at the time the rental agreement is mutually signed.  Final payment is due on the day of the event.  Damage deposits are not applied towards the rental of the facility.  The damage deposit will be refunded approximately 5 working days following the event, provided all terms of the rental agreement have been met.
